SHIPPING INFORMATION

What Are Your Shipping Methods?

Once your order has been dispatched our estimated delivery time is between 1 – 3  working days. All UK orders are sent 2nd class Royal Mail delivery unless your order is over £50. If your order is over £50 it will be sent 1st class signed for.

Do You Ship Internationally?

Of course! We ship all over the world. We will send your order via International track and sign. Giving you the peace of mind that your order is on its way and the ability to track it’s progress. Estimated delivery times are:

Europe within 3-5 working days

Rest of the world within 5-7 working days

How Long Will It Take To Get My Order?

Personalised Prints: Once you have approved the proof design we send to you, we aim for prints to be dispatched within 2 working days. We then estimate for postage to be between 1-3 working days.

Papercuts: Our papercuts take between 3-5 days to be dispatched. We then estimate for postage to be between 1-3 working days.

Personalised Papercuts: Our personalised papercuts take a little bit longer. Once you have placed your order we will email a proof for your to approve within 2 working days. Once the proof has been approved it takes between 3-5 days to make your order. As our personalised papercuts cost over £50 we post your order 1st class signed for.

 

PAYMENT INFORMATION

What Payment Methods Are Accepted?

You can either pay for your order using a direct bank transfer or with PayPal.

Direct Bank Transfer: If you pay via direct bank transfer. We ask that you use your OOrder ID number as the reference. Your order will then be processed once your funds have cleared.

PayPal: You can checkout using your PayPal account. Don’t worry if you don’t have a Paypal account as you can use your credit card via this option.

 

ORDERS AND RETURNS

How do I place an Order?

To place an order just add the items you want from the shop to your basket and proceed to the checkout where you can pay for your items.

Do I need an account to place an order?

No, you don’t need to have an account to place an order. You can checkout as a guest.

How Do I Track My Order?

To track your order please go the ‘Order Tracking’ page here. Enter your Order ID in the box and press the “Track” button. This was given to you on your receipt and in the confirmation email you should have received.

Can I Return a Product?

If you have changed your mind about your non-personalised print and/or paper-cut you can return your item within 28 days of receiving it. We kindly ask that you inform us of your decision within 14 days of your order. Please post it back to us in the same manner that it was sent. Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment.

**Please note that it is your responsibility to cover return postage costs and to ensure that returned goods are packaged and shipped responsibly to avoid any damages.**

We do not accept returns on personalised prints or papercuts unless they are damaged at the point of receipt or supplied with errors caused by our negligence.
